Deposit: a deposit of € 150 will be charged when the keys are handed over, which will be returned once the apartment has been checked (if the condition of the apartment meets the standards established by the management). Payment and refund will be made by credit card (cash will not be accepted).

Pets: We are a Pet Friendly establishment. Extra charge € 10 / day (limited places, call to confirm the reservation (+34) 977 353 788). Present current health card at reception.

Parking: We have private and outdoor parking spaces next to the Blaumar hotel (with charge). Parking reservations are made upon arrival at the apartments. We have free electric chargers included in the parking reservation. This service is not available during periods when the hotel is closed. Rate: €15/day low season, €19/day high season.

Cot: € 7 / stay

Priority Check in / out: € 50. It allows entry to the apartment before the stipulated time (before 5:00 p.m.), or a late check-out (until 6:00 p.m.). According to availability.

Cards accepted: VISA / Mastercard. To make the payment of your reservation by credit card we need to physically enter the PIN. For security, signature credit cards will not be accepted.

Maximum capacity apartments: The apartment cannot be occupied by more people than those shown in the reservation. Our reception staff can review the occupancy of the apartments at any time to confirm such occupancy. In case of detecting any incident, all the occupants will be evicted and the amount given as a deposit will not be returned.

Minimum price: The establishment reserves the right not to accept reservations below the price of € 70 in low season and € 150 in high season.
